Ok, this helps a bit...

I changed some margin number and a font size, and at least now the title is legible. It's getting there...

Do you mean that blogger bar at the top of the page? I haven't seen it overlapping your title. I use a different browser. Maybe that helps. :-)
I say forget it and get back to what you love about posting on your blog.
